  34.            Written in C and compiled with Borland C++ 3.1.  Tested
  35.            under DOS 6.2 and Desqview 2.61 so far, but should work
  36.            with OS/2 as well.

  38.            This is the first "production" (non-beta) release of this
  39.            utility.  It is functionally identical to the last beta
  40.            release (v0.2), but includes code and compiler optimiza-
  41.            tions here and there.
